Functional Naturopathy Estimate

What's included:

Home Page

A potential client usually visits a site for 3 seconds before deciding whether or not to stay- your home page is critical! This takes the bulk of the work, because it sets the tone for the entire website and includes little snippets of all of your pages. We'll work together to make it wow and build the rest of the site from there!

About Page

This is the second most-viewed page on a website after the Home page! Your About page will include photos of you and potent snippets of your story. The About page paints a picture of who you are, what you love, and how potential clients and customers can contact you.

Services Page

Your services page will likely tie into your Booking page. It'll include what you do and how you do it with sparkling clarity and precision. We'll probably add descriptions of your consultation offerings alongside your women's-specific retreats, circles, etc., which will lead to other pages.

Booking Page

This page can appear in one of two ways- either a completely customized booking experience, which is $69 per year with JetAppointments, or through Calendly, a free booking system that can integrate easily into the website (that's what you used to book in a call with me!). If a customized (read: unbranded) booking page is important to you, then JetAppointments is the way to go. If it's only important that they're booked, and you'd like to save on costs, Calendly is best! The links to explore both of them are down below underneath "Additional Requirements" πŸ™‚

Popup, Header and Footer, and 404

These are fairly basic components of a website. A pop-up can be used to collect email subscribers or welcome clients to your website. The "header" is where your logo and menu are, and the "footer" is the widget at the very bottom of the page. The 404 page pops up when someone types in the wrong address and lets them know they made an error.

Blog Post, Archive, and Content Transfer

A totally customized blog page really makes a custom website stand out, and simple changes create different looks and feels of the articles. I will transfer all of your existing blog posts to your new website! Since you mentioned that writing is your strong suit, we'll be able to create a blog section of your website that places your words front and center. The "archive" page, or the "Blog" tab that users navigate to, is customizable as well.

But wait... There's more!

"Coming Soon" Page

Keep your audience in suspense with a Coming Soon page! We link this to your URL so that your potential clients will have something pretty to look at while your site is under construction.

Branding Kit

SO exciting that you're completely rebranding! After we create your brand board you'll receive a branding kit complete with the name and appearance of your chosen fonts and the codes for your brand colors. This makes graphic design, merch creation, and branding maintenance a breeze and can really bring your image together across social media, too.

Insta Bio Page

You only have one opportunity to link your clients to your website through Instagram's bio- make the most of it! This equivalent to Linktree is completely customizable and much more personalized, including several links to different places on your site and fully aligned with your unique brand. #nailedit

Site-Wide Copyediting

Text and images- that's all a website is. Proper grammar and punctuation are, of course, important, but writing and copy that shines and touches your client's emotions is critical to making your audience feel at home. We'll work together to translate your brilliant ideas into words that sparkle and captivate.

AAAAND...
Brand Consulting!

If, at any point during our time together, you have questions about branding, SEO, blog writing, email marketing, social media marketing, the whole nine, I'm available for complimentary brand consulting! I work as a Marketing Coordinator for a local spa and I've taken some awesome courses under high-level coaches, so I'd be happy to help. This is already included in the price of your web design package and is totally optional- if you have a handle on marketing, fantastic! If there are some things I can help with, I'm available! πŸŽ‰

Timeline

Here's how web design usually goes down.

First things first, we’ll sit down with a computer and discuss branding, vision, and everything that you want to feature on your website (in further detail, if we’ve already had an original consultation). We’ll be sketching some pages out and capturing what you are envisioning for your site.

Your homework will be to create a mood board, on Pinterest or in a document, that shows me your company- what is your company’s vibe? What colors are you drawn to when you think of your website? What are some fonts you like? How about textures? Songs? Anything and everything will work for this mood board.

Websites are image-heavy places, artistic pieces that incorporate many layers, and your mood board will help me determine exactly how you want your audience to interact with your company.

We’ll work together during this portion of the process to write out your copy. Copy is SO important on a website- it’s like a textual mood board.

Copy is required for everything you want on your website- the description of your company on your Home page, your story on your About page, even your footer and menu require careful thought.

Google Drive is my preferred method, since we can make edits quickly and efficiently. Basically, you’ll write out your copy, I’ll make edits, you’ll approve the edits, and they’ll be on your website.

All photos you’d like on your website can be placed in a similar Google Drive folder so that we can access them.

This is where the magic happens!

The first thing to be created is your Coming Soon page- during construction, this is what your clients will see.

During the time of web design, we’ll be in touch through email or Facebook Messenger, whichever you prefer, so that we can communicate efficiently about design decisions and the like. If a page is especially complex, we’ll be in contact more often.

Once I finish a first proof of a page, I’ll notify you so you can check it out. The proof is a first draft of a page, and is usually simpler and less sophisticated than the final product- this is simply so that you can make sure copy, images, etc. are all where you’d like them to be. Fun details like transitions will be added in later.

After everything is said and done, we’ll go through one more run through of the entire website together to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. After that, we’ll create some hype through social media and launch!

After all is said and done, I’m available for 4 weeks after we wrap up for website maintenance. We can schedule in a call or chat over Messenger about anything you’d like, and I can show you around your new website!

As your business grows, you will likely need more updates. Your branding will change, new pages will be added and old ones deleted… This is where maintenance comes in.

You can either contract with me for a maintenance continuation, in which you’d pay a baseline fee per month, or contract on a per-page or per-project basis.

Payment Plans

πŸ™ŒπŸ» I’m all for them! I get that this is an investment in the future of your business. Of course, paying in full is awesome (and gladly accepted!) but I’m also realistic in understanding that not all businesses have that ability.

I can space our payments up to double our time- so for option #1, we can split that $3,000 up between 3-6 monthly installments, but within those last two options you may also be paying for the monthly retainer if we move forward sooner after the launch rather than later.

For option #2, we can split between 4-8 monthly installments.

Thank you for your time, Storm! I look forward to hearing back from you πŸ™‚
